El premio Amigo de Kearney fue creado en 1987 por los enviados de la Cámara de Comercio del Área de Kearney y está diseñado para honrar a una persona o pareja del área de Kearney que haya sido Amigo de Kearney a través de su liderazgo y contribuciones a la comunidad. Este premio reconoce el potencial de todos los residentes del área como miembros valiosos y líderes del área de Kearney.
JOVEN AMIGO DE KEARNEY.

Requisito de edad: tercer año de secundaria - 21 años

El premio Youth Friend of Kearney fue creado por los enviados de la Cámara de Comercio del Área de Kearney y está diseñado para honrar a un joven de Kearney que haya sido amigo de Kearney a través de su liderazgo y contribuciones a la comunidad. Este premio reconoce el potencial de todos los jóvenes del área como miembros valiosos y líderes del área de Kearney.

Nominee must be able to attend the Annual Chamber Meeting on February 3rd, 2025.
The Outstanding Business of the Year Award is intended to recognize the contributions of businesses to the growth of the Kearney area. To be eligible for the Outstanding Business of the Year Award, all applicants must meet the following criteria.

Be a current member in good standing of the Kearney Area Chamber of Commerce for a minimum of two years.

Have completed a minimum of three years in business.
-
Show growth in sales, services and/or growth in number of individuals served and expanded programs and services.

Demonstrate a commitment to ethical business practices.
-
Demonstrate a commitment to employee support, development and diversity.
-
Demonstrate community involvement/leadership.
-
Demonstrate a commitment to utilizing resources in the Kearney area to help your business grow.
The Outstanding Business of the Year award is designed to recognize the important role businesses play in our community. Through the award process, businesses are recognized for growth, creativity, community involvement and leadership.
PEQUEÑA EMPRESA DEL AÑO.

The Small Business of the Year Award is intended to recognize the contributions of small businesses to the economic growth of the Kearney area. To be eligible for the Small Business of the Year Award, all applicants must meet the following criteria:

Be a current member in good standing of the Kearney Area Chamber of Commerce for a minimum of two years

Have completed a minimum of three years in business (do not want to compete with New Business of the Year award)

Have a minimum of three (3) employees and a maximum of fifty (50) employees
-
Responds to business challenges and problems with effective solutions

Show growth in sales, services and/or growth in number of individuals served and expanded products, programs or services
-
Demonstrate a commitment to ethical business practices
-
Demonstrate a commitment to employee support and development
-
Demonstrate community involvement/leadership
-
Demonstrate a commitment to utilizing resources in the Kearney area to help your business grow
LIDERAZGO KEARNEY EXALUMNOS DISTINGUIDOS.
Fecha límite: 13 de noviembre de 2024
El candidato debe poder asistir a la Reunión Anual de la Cámara el 3 de febrero de 2025.
Los nominados para este premio deben:
Sea un exalumno de Liderazgo para Adultos o Jóvenes de Kearney. En el sitio web de Liderazgo de Kearney, en la sección Programa de exalumnos , aparece una lista de exalumnos de Liderazgo de Kearney.
Ser nominado por un ex alumno de Leadership Kearney.
Haber establecido un historial sobresaliente de liderazgo que contribuya al mejoramiento de Kearney, la región o la nación y/o un sólido historial de liderazgo dentro del programa Leadership Kearney.

Young Professionals are vital to the growth and progress of our Kearney community. They are leaders in their field and they inspire their peers to excel. Where there is a vibrant and engaged young professional population, there will be bright leaders for tomorrow.
The Young Professionals of the Year award strives to recognize the accomplishments of young professionals in the Kearney Area by highlighting their advancement in their field, as well as their significant contributions to attract, retain, and engage young professionals in the Kearney community.

Must be between the ages of 21 - 40

Nominees are not required to be a member of the Kearney Young Professionals Network
-
Nominees must have at least 1 or more years of professional experience in current career
-
Nominees must be advancing their field and the quality of life in Kearney in a positive and productive way
-
Strong Nominees are involved in community, civic, charitable activities in the community and/or involved in their church
-
Nominees shall clearly serve as a role model for others personally and professionally
-
Nominees demonstrate strong leadership skills
