With a deep-rooted passion for community and leadership, Heather brings a wealth of experience to her role as Membership Director at the Kearney Chamber of Commerce. A Kansas State University graduate with a degree in Business & Marketing (Class of 2020), she combines strategic thinking with strong communication and empathy to foster connections and drive engagement.

Her journey began with military service right out of high school, dedicating eight years to serving her country alongside her husband, a fellow veteran. Their adventurous military life took them to nine different locations over 21 years before they returned home to Kearney.

Committed to making an impact locally, she first served as a paraprofessional at Bryant Elementary before joining the Chamber team in 2021. Over the years, she has held multiple roles, including Investor Relations, Program Director for three years, and, as of May 2024, Membership Director.

Married to her high school sweetheart for 25 years, she values responsibility, positivity, and connection—both in her personal life and professional endeavors. Her dedication to fostering strong relationships and supporting community growth continues to shape her work and inspire those around her.
