Last week, the Kearney Area Chamber of Commerce Business & Education Committee welcomed new Kearney area teachers by distributing teacher gift bags.
Chamber members were invited to introduce their businesses to new teachers by providing items to fill the bags. The Chamber appreciated all items that were provided – we received everything from hand sanitizers, to gift cards, to complimentary drink cards, brochures, koozies, and coupons (among many other unique and useful items!).
Volunteers from the Business & Education Committee met to help stuff new teacher bags. Because of the committee’s help, bags were provided to over 70 new teachers in the Kearney area!
