KAAPA Ethanol was excited to announce the future location of their KAAPA Ethanol Holdings office with a ground breaking on Monday, October 1.
KAAPA’s new 13,500-square-foot office building is expected to be completed early next summer. It will have space for 15 staff, including the chief executive officer, chief financial officer, merchandising, logistics, finances and human resources. The new building on South Central Avenue will be encircled with stone masonry, capped with a gable roof, and feature large banks of windows and glass doors. After Monday’s groundbreaking, representatives of Renewable Fuels Nebraska presented Gov. Pete Ricketts with a 2018 High Octane Champion award.
KAAPA Ethanol is currently located at 8450 KAAPA Lane in Minden, NE. Their future Kearney location is at 13 South Central Avenue, where the business Grandpa’s Steakhouse used to be.
