2021 COLONELS LETTER FROM THE CHAIR

My name is Casey Fosher, I will be the chair for the Chamber Colonels for 2021. We moved to Kearney in May of 2013, after a position with Exchange Bank called my name. At that time not knowing if this would be our last stop, we made the journey east from Chadron, NE. Leadership Kearney would be my first opportunity to see all that Kearney was about, and everyone just kept saying “a hidden gem”, “we love Kearney”, “raised my family here”. At the time, I had no idea, that I too would be saying the exact same thing, 8 years later. With 4 kids; Kashtyn 12, Kreighton 9, Kendyl 5, and Raime 3, and a wife, Tami, who has a successful photography business, Kearney has been great for us. I’m looking forward to leading this group, getting them all back together after last year had us shut down, and getting back to the things we love to do, represent Kearney!

The Colonels Club is a men's group whose purpose is to serve as a public relations arm of the Kearney Area Chamber of Commerce. They do this by supporting the "Doing Business Award," attending and promoting Ribbon Cuttings, Grand Openings, Business After Hours, and helping at the Gateway Farm Expo.
