ENVOYS START THE YEAR WITH VISITING THE TRAILS & RAILS MUSEUM

The Envoys enjoyed their first meeting of 2022 at Trails & Rails Museum on Tuesday, January 4th. NebraskaLand Bank treated us all to sandwich lunch box combos. Marsha Wilkerson educated us on the inner workings of BD Construction, to include the involvement the construction company had in the expansion of Trails & Rails Museum. Marsha shared her presentation with Jennifer Murrish, the Executive Director at the Buffalo County Historical Society/Trails & Rails Museum.

Marsha Wilkerson not only works her day job at BD Construction, but also has a family business with her husband called Big Prairie Homes. They specialize in modular homes that are pre-assembled at another location and re-assembled on plots of land or over basements. These homes are customized for each client from floor plans to finishes. Customers can require a two story home or a well designed ranch style home. Marsha also stated that Big Prairie Homes specializes in Premier Portable Buildings ranging from 8x10 to 16x40, as well as tiny houses (smaller than 399 sqft), and utility trailers.
