MEMBERSHIP REMINDERS - MEET AMY

AMY COPE, MEMBERSHIP DIRECTOR

Please help us give a warm welcome to our new Membership Director, Amy Cope!

She is no stranger to the membership responsibilities of the Chamber as she served

previously as the Membership Director and Programs Director between 2004-2007.

Amy joined the Chamber team again in 2019 and moved back into the role of Programs Director which allowed her to work with a variety of Chamber committees, facilitate their programs, and accomplish committee goals. Throughout her career in Kearney and previous Chamber involvement, Amy understands the importance of a great relationship with the Chamber, so she strives at developing new opportunities that help brands grow and succeed.

When Amy isn’t busy doing all the business things you can find her enjoying time with friends, golfing or traveling for her son's sports activities and checking in with her daughter in college. Alongside her husband, Mat, they operate Cope Ag Services which offers equipment sales through Big Iron Auctions and seed options for area growers contributing to the local agriculture economy. An accomplished day of business allows Amy a productive and valuable evening at home with her family, giving her the best of both worlds.

Finding the perfect balance with family and helping business succeed is Amy’s greatest goal. Amy’s upbeat attitude and willingness to help others makes her a great asset to the Chamber team. We are grateful for everything Amy does for the Chamber and our members.

Thank you to Shanna Schulte for all she has done for the Kearney Area Chamber of Commerce over the past 7 years! We wish you all the best in your future endeavors.

Continued growth and retention for our Chamber membership as we navigate life after a
