On Friday, July 23, Ayla Beauty Bar celebrated its new location and membership with the Kearney Area Chamber of Commerce by having a ribbon cutting ceremony at their new location, 2424 W 24th St. Suite 3.
Owner Nancy Flores said “This has just been a big dream. I’m very grateful for everyone’s support. I look forward to growing and being the best business owner and esthetician I can.” Flores mentioned she was born and raised in Grand Island, but after moving her family to Lexington, she thought Kearney was the perfect middle spot between there and Grand Island.
Past chair member, Megan Goeke, spoke at the ceremony, “As a female business owner, I’m so proud to see another female business owner taking a leap and really following her heart.”
Tami Moore spoke on behalf of the City of Kearney, “I am also happy to see another female business owner and manager with such an amazing family because that’s what Kearney is all about, families. So, thanks for making Kearney a prettier place!”
Those who attended the ceremony were given a salon tour and a chance to enter for prize giveaways while enjoying refreshments. The first 24 guests were awarded a salon gift certificate.
Full services are offered at Ayla’s Beauty Bar including facials, dermaplaning, hydrafacials, waxing, eyelash extensions, eyelash lifts and tints, eyebrow lamination, gel manicures, chemical peels, aromatherapy treatments, back treatments, and more. Flores mentions
“We have everything for anyone who is looking to enhance their natural beauty”.
Customers have remarked on how informative, professional, and experienced the staff is at Ayla. Services include full body waxing, eyelash extensions, eyelash lifts and tints, gel manicures, makeup applications, brow laminations and tinting, and specialty, advanced skincare services for both men and women.
