Just for Ladies celebrated one-year at their new location with a ribbon cutting on January 6th!

Owner and Manager, Amy Barth moved Just For Ladies to 1540 West 56th Street in January, 2021. The new facility offers great space for the variety of equipment and fitness classes offered by over 10 fitness instructors and certified personal trainers.

The new space also includes a Sunlighten Infrared Sauna, Fit3D Scanner, Tanning and provides Kids Club supervised Childcare. Check out their many other services here!
