RC - NEST:SPACE - PREMIER COWORKING

Nest:Space hosted their Ribbon Cutting ceremony on January 15, 2021 at 2224 Central Ave.

Small business owners Chais and Shawna Meyer created a collaborative workspace in Downtown Kearney known as Nest:Space - Premier CoWorking. Nest:Space offers members the opportunity for flexible office space with minimal commitments.

While living in Thailand, the Meyers found themselves working remotely from small coffeeshops and meeting unique individuals while doing so. This concept led them to develop plans for Nest:Space so people form different industries have additional opportunities to make connections and collaborate.

In order to maintain the integrity of the historical downtown building, the Meyers kept the original wood floors but added many modern twists to update the space. Nest:Space is dynamic in all aspects, especially with over 60 different work areas throughout the building. These work areas offer a wide variety of options. From lounging in a booth to sitting in a conventional work desk, Nest:Space offers a collaborative and creative workspace that provides flexibility for members.

Textures and visually appealing colors are seen throughout the Nest:Space location. The Meyers expressed how they believe being present in an inviting and stimulating area keeps your mind engaged and interested. A conference room is also available for meetings.

Now that many people have experienced working remotely throughout the COVID-19 pandemic, the versatility of the space allows members to take advantage of the amenities while still feeling like they have a true office space to work out of.
