SENIOR COALITION VISITS BAYER CROP SCIENCE

Writer: Heather UllmanHeather Ullman

Our Senior Coalition recently had the opportunity to visit Bayer Crop Science, getting an inside look at the incredible work happening right here in our community. Unit Lead, Tim Archibald and his team members led us on a tour of their facility and conversations with experts who shared insights into the latest advancements in agriculture.

From innovative crop protection techniques to digital farming tools, we learned how Bayer is helping farmers grow more efficiently and sustainably. It was fascinating to see how technology and science come together to support agriculture, not just locally but on a global scale.

One of the highlights of the tour was hearing about Bayer’s commitment to both innovation and community partnerships. Their dedication to helping farmers succeed while also protecting our natural resources was truly inspiring.

We’re grateful for the chance to explore their facility and gain a better understanding of the work they do. A big thank you to Bayer Crop Science for hosting us—we appreciate the time and knowledge shared, and we look forward to future opportunities to connect!
