The Kearney Area Chamber of Commerce extends a warm congratulations as well to Leadership Kearney for celebrating their 30th anniversary!
Leadership Kearney is an organization created to identify, educate, and nurture potential emerging and existing leaders that are committed to improving the quality of life in Kearney and the surrounding communities.
In 1991, Leadership Kearney was born as a hybrid of existing leadership programs coupled with the unique needs of Kearney in mind. Participants will be provided with tours, round-table discussions, and speakers that can inspire and train the next generation of leaders in Kearney.
Leadership Kearney is proud to have the selection of 23 individuals joining the milestone Leadership Kearney Class 30. Participants have been selected by the 2020 Leadership Kearney Board of Directors from an application and recommendation process. All candidates have demonstrated an abiding interest in Kearney and its future. Leadership Kearney is a two year program that includes ten sessions covering a broad range of industry pillars in Kearney and Nebraska.
